About UPCMET:-
The Uttar Pradesh Combined Medical Entrance Test is known as UPCMET. The UPCMET is conducted by Uttar Pradesh Unaided Medical Colleges Welfare Association. It is state level exam. In the exam those applicants who want to appeared and want to apply they should have completed 12th calss with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and with minimum 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ ST candidates) and they must be a citizen of India.
In the exam two paper was consists. In the Paper 1st Physical and Biological Sciences and in the Paper second General English (Qualifying Paper). The total number of the questions were 200 in paper 1st and 50 questions was 50. In the exam negative marks are avilble, each wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted. The all questions will be objective types. The counselling will be started from 15th July, 2014.
