      Only those can apply who have completed their BE/B.tech and Diploma in Civil, But you have dome diploma in Mechanical, So you cannot apply for it

      you are not eligible for it because, for the Executive Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer post candidate must have at least 12 to 15 year of experience in required field.
