Eligibility Criteria: Candidate who is applying for CMC Vellore UG Medical entrance exam 2016 must possess 10+2 from a Board. Minimum age of candidates should be 17 years. The Candidate must complete 12 Months practical/ internship in rotating shift on or before 15, May, 2016 for the Admission in PG courses.

CMC Vellore MBBS/Engineering Application Form 2016:-
The Application form will be available on the official website of CMC Vellore. You can apply online only for CMC Vellore UG and PG Exam 2016. Examination fee can be deposited online DD/ ICICI Bank Challan / Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit card. Demand Draft will be sent in favor of ‘C.M.C. Vellore Association a/c’ in any bank payable at Vellore. All the required documents will be sent through the post to the ‘Office of Registrar, CMC, Vellore.
Exam Pattern: CMC Vellore Exam will be a computer based test. A general paper consisting multiple questions of UG medical course. A special paper will be for specialty for which candidate applied.
CMC Vellore Application Fee:
Application Form fee: Candidates who are going to apply they need to deposit the application fee.
Group A courses: Rs. 500/- per course
Group B courses:
Diploma in Nursing and other Allied Health Science diplomas – 100/- rupees per course
Sc courses and Fellowship in Analytical Clinical Pharmacology: 500/- rupees per course

- Through the debit card/credit card.

Sir, I have made my payment of fee through ICICI bank challan. Now in the payment details it is asking for Challan number, so can I know where can I find this number as in my challan there is PAN No. which contains some alphabets but in the website it is not allowing me to enter alphabets in challan number.
