Now, what may be the cut off?

Think, the level of difficulty of both the exams were same (SBI V/s IBPS) but the catch in the story is that the number of vacancies in IBPS are nearly 10 times higher than SBI PO. Also the cut off for SBI PO was 47.5 so, can we expect a cut off lower than that of SBI PO?

Well, of course. We have all the reasons for that. Some one might say that less number of candidates were appeared in SBI PO but the but the fact is that there is nearly just a difference of 10 percent in the candidates appeared for SBI PO and that for IBPS..So, it’s sure that the cut off is going to be less than that of SBI PO.

Expected Sectional cut off:

Based on the reviews of thousands of students, the sectional cut off may have figures like this:

English- 5.50 – 6.50

Aptitude- 6 – 8

Reasoning- 7 – 9.5

Overall- 38 – 42

So, if you have attempted 50 questions with 90 percent accuracy, then stop worrying and start your preparations for the main exam right now.
