if someone don’t know about the eligibility criteria, then he/she will eligible then application form will be expected. But, if he/she will not eligible, then they cannot apply online. So, if they cannot apply, then there is no issue of the money refunded. Because, when you will not give money, then what bank’s department will be refunded.
