About North Eastern Railway: The North Eastern Railway (NER) is one of the 17 railway zones in India. It’s headquartered located at Gorakhpur and comprises Varanasi & Lucknow division as well as recognized Izzatnagar division. It was formed on 14 April 1952 by combining two Railway systems the Tirhut & Oudh Railway and Assam Railway and the Cawnpore- Achhnera section of the Bombay and Central Indian Railway.

  • Group D: 08 Posts
  • Group C: 03 Posts

Age Limit: Applicant’s age should be between 18 to 32 years as on 01st January 2016. Age relaxations are applicable as per the rules.

  • OBC: 03 Years
  • ST/ SC: 05 Years
  • PWD: 10 Years

Educational Qualification: Aspirants should possess 10th/ Matriculation with ITI in the relevant trade
