Maine december 2013 me apply kiya tha Tab apply ke samay ccc n hone par choot thi , us samay mere pas ccc tha bhi nhi. Abki baar maine appy nhi kiya kyuki jo pahle kr chuke the unko nhi karna tha. Ab mere pas ccc hai to kya mera application valid h? Aur mera ccc kaise add hoga?
