VITEEE 2017 Application Form: VIT Engineering Entrance Examination is going to be organized from 5th April to 16th April 2017. The Vellore Institute of Technology has released examination notification, examination pattern and syllabus for VITEEE. Students who wish to appear in VIT Engineering Entrance Examination are informed that they need to fill VITEEE 2017 Online Application Form from its official website, i.e., www.vit.ac.in. VITEEE Application Form 2017 Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should have cleared the 10+2/HSc/Intermediate examination from any Government Recognized Education Board.
- Candidates must have secured the aggregate marks of 60% in Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics Or Biology if he/she belong to Genera category and 50% marks if student belongs to SC/ST.
Age Limit: Candidates who have born before 1st July 1995 will not be able to apply for this examination.
VIT Engineering Entrance Examination Dates 2017:
- Starting date for VITEEE 2017 Application Form – 9th November 2016.
- Last date for Receipt of Application Form – 28th February.
- Slot booking for VITEEE 2017 Computer Based Test Examination – Third Week of March 2017
- VITEEE 2017 Exam Date – 5th April to 16th April 2017.
- VITEEE 2017 Result Date – On or before 24th April 2017.
- A tentative date for counseling schedule – Second/Third Week of May.

- Students need to access www.vit.ac.in.
- Then read instructions carefully before filling the application.
- Open the online application form and fill information according to instruction.
- You need to upload scanned copy of your recent passport size photograph and your signature.
- Now you should take a look at the information provided by you in the application form for any mistakes.
- Then click on the submit button to submit your online application form.
- Now take a hard copy of your duly filled application form and send it to below-mentioned address.

VITEEE 2017 Exam Pattern:

- Number of Questions: A total No of 125 questions will be there in the VITEEE 2017.
- Number of Sections: Questions will be asked from Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics/Biology.
- Questions Type: Questions asked will be Objective type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
- Exam Mode: Computer Based Test.
- Exam Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes will be given only.
- Number of Session: Session – I – 09:00 am / Session-II – 12:30 pm – 03:00 pm / Session-III – 04:00 pm – 06:30 pm.
- Marking Scheme: Every question will carry 1 Mark.
- Negative Marking: No mark will be deducted for the wrong answer because there is no negative marking in VITEEE 2017.
