- Fill all the required information in application form.
- Take the printout of application form on A4 size paper.
- Fill all the information in your handwriting.
- Attach Xerox copies of required certificates with the application and send it to the postal address given below.
The following documents are required to be enclosed with the application form:
- Two passport size recent photograph duly signed by the candidates on the top- one should be self-attested and pasted at the space provided in application and another should be attached with the application form.
- Self attested copies of certificates
- Indian Postal Order of Prescribed amount receipt.
