FIRST YOU SHOULD READ ALL POINT OF WHICH IS MENTION IN NOTIFICATION THEN ASK, AND THE SECOND THING IS YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS POST BECAUSE THE MAXIMUM AGE IS 21, AFTER RELAXATION IT IS POSSIBLY.
